BEYOND honours a precise application process to ensure that we create a
clear container and clear agreements. This includes our:

General Terms & Conditions

Cancellations & refunds

For any cancellation we charge 150 for administration costs.
Next to that, the following will apply when having to cancel:

1.🌿 Up to 2 months before the event, you can receive a full refund.

2.🌿 Up to 6 weeks before the event you will get a partial refund (50%) or a voucher for the full amount for both the accommodation & food fee and the facilitation fee).

3.🌿 Up to 4 weeks before the event: no refund, yet you can receive a voucher for 75% (both the accommodation & food fee and facilitation fee).

4.🌿 In case of a last-minute emergency (one or less than one week prior to), you would receive a voucher for 75% of the facilitation fee (not the accommodation & food fee).

5.🌿 Vouchers are valid for 1 year.

6.🌿 Consumer rights apply for consumers, which includes a 14-day period after confirmation of acceptance into a program, where you would be able to decide to withdraw and receive a full refund. This is not applicable for business consumers.

7. 🌿 If you signed up for multiple events as part of a larger program, you’ve made a commitment that starts immediately, which includes the full commitment for payment (in full or in terms).

8. 🌿 All payments are mandatory to follow up on: pay in full or in terms, or any special agreement.

9. 🌿 For certain programs that require a downpayment, you make that down payment first, after which you receive the Sign In form. While filling out the form, you may come across specifics that make you realize the program isn't a good fit (in this moment) for you, then the down payment will be refunded. Just like when we receive your Sign In, when something significant seems not in alignment with the core of the work, we might not be a yes to your entry in this moment. 
If any of this is the case, we will contact you first and if it doesn't fall into place
we will refund you your downpayment. 

10. 🌿 If you decide to withdraw your application (not after the full Sign In proces for an Immersion or other events, and its confirmation) before payment, we will refund your
down payment minus 50 euros.

11. 🌿 When you need something, we can always talk, but when you're not upholding
the agreements, we will hand it over to our lawyer.

12. 🌿 In the event that you wish or need to leave any program early,
or if you feel that the experience has not been fulfilling, we welcome
your feedback Γ‘nd self-reflection. We value constructive feedback that promotes
growth and accountability for both participants and our team.
Please note that it is our policy not to offer refunds.



Responsibilities


1.πŸƒ We emphasize the importance of personal responsibility and informed consent in all our practices. Participants are expected to engage with any program, retreat, or event from a place of personal agency and maturity.

2.πŸƒ By joining any program, you acknowledge that you are here of your own free choice and are prepared to engage deeply in the transformative processes offered.

3.πŸƒ While we strive to provide a solid and supportive environment, please note that we cannot take responsibility for any physical, emotional, or psychological harm that may occur during a program. We have a thorough sign-in procedure and a comprehensive Temple Entrance Contract that you sign with clear agreements to ensure the security and well-being of all participants / humans inside.

4.πŸƒ Participants are responsible for securing their own insurance coverage, including health,
accident, and travel insurance as appropriate. We recommend that all participants
have adequate personal insurance to cover any injuries, accidents, or
adverse experiences that may arise.

5.πŸƒ Our organization carries liability insurance for general operational risks associated with hosting retreats. However, this insurance does not cover individual participant risks or injuries unless they are directly caused by the organization's negligence. Participants are advised to obtain their own insurance to cover personal health, accidents, or other individual risks
that may arise during the event.


Changes

  1. 🌱 We reserve the right to make changes to the content of a program (in person retreat, event or online) to improve quality, adjust the schedule, and decide who will conduct a specific part of the program, including making substitutions if necessary.

  2. 🌱 We also reserve the right to change the location of a program a decision we make only when necessary, either to enhance the quality of the experience or due to unforeseen issues with the venue. We will inform you of any changes as soon as possible. You have the right to cancel the agreement if a location change results in additional costs to you exceeding 200 euros.

  3. 🌱 In the event of insufficient registrations or other reasons that prevent us from proceeding, such as the unavailability of a lead trainer, we may cancel a program before it begins. You will be notified of this. We may offer to reschedule your participation to a later date. If you do not wish to reschedule or if rescheduling is not possible, your payment obligations will be canceled. Any payments you have made, including deposits, will be refunded.

  4. 🌱 Changes do not entitle you to compensation.

  5. 🌱 We reserve the right to unilaterally amend these general terms & conditions at any time.

Force Majeure

  1. 🌱 Force majeure (unforeseeable circumstances) releases us from the obligation to fulfill the agreed agreement without entitling you to compensation for costs, damages, or interest. Force majeure is defined as a situation where it is reasonably impossible for us or we are hindered in providing the agreed services and it cannot be attributed to us or otherwise comes at our expense. Examples of force majeure include illness or death of an event leader, epidemic/pandemic, war or similar situations, power outage, flood, earthquake, fire, strike in our company or at our suppliers, changes in government regulations, internet outage, computer failure, cybercrime, and network attacks.

  2. 🌱 We also have the right to invoke force majeure if the circumstance preventing the (further) fulfillment of the agreement occurs after we should have fulfilled our obligation.

  3. 🌱 If force majeure occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible. If possible, we will try to find an appropriate solution. In case of prolonged (longer than two months) or permanent force majeure, you may terminate the assignment in writing without being entitled to compensation. You remain obligated to pay for the part of the assignment already performed.
